healing hearts

one part at a time

My approach

My professional background primarily involves helping people who have experienced trauma -big & small- and addressing the different ways it shows up: anxiety, depression, attention issues, and relational difficulties, among other personal struggles.

I am an attachment based therapist who uses an integrative approach. My practice is grounded in helping you explore your past, embrace your present, and step in to the person you want to become, using mainly EMDR, parts work/internal family systems theory, mindfulness, and somatic practices. .

Whether you are having relationship difficulties, feeling stuck, stressed or dealing with life challenges, our work together will provide you with the insight and tools to navigate these difficulties and unlock your full potential. I believe in your inherent goodness and self-worth, and stand by the notion that it's never too late to embrace a life of joy and fulfillment.
